Zar Industrial Group comprising Karaj Zar Flour Co., Zar Macaron Co., and Nooshinsaz Co. started its activities through establishment of Karaj Zar Flour Co. and then Karaj Zar Flour Plant in 1993 and 1998, respectively. Producing special flour of macaroni i.e. semolina as the first Iranian plant, it established Zar Macaron Company in 2003 which was put into operation in 2005.

Taking advantage of the state-of-the-art European machineries, they gathered a full scope of the food industry in order to supply a high quality, natural product.
