In the meeting held on “Entrepreneurship” in Shahid Beheshti University, he stated that the committed, entrepreneur young are assets of productive organizations.
Motivation, commitment, and enthusiasm of a number of capable young people who works together to create opportunities are the most important assets for entrepreneurship.
1-Morteza Soltani, Founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zar Industrial Group, who made a speech in a gathering of a great number of students in Roshd Center of Shahid Beheshti University added, ”Today, there is a wall between industry and university which is the main reason of lack of a close relation between these two important organs of our country. Breaking this wall enables the Iranian talented and capable young to have an opportunity of effective presence in development of this country and establishment and strengthening such relation will be beneficial.”
2-Referring to the contribution of manpower in production process, Eng. Soltani stated, ”Contrary to the general notion, money is not capital of a productive organization. Role of machinery is also at most 10%. However, existence of a number of interested young who initiated entrepreneurship by a good management and high motivation is the main asset. One person is not enough for achieving success but several skills and specialties are required. The Iranian capable young will, no doubt, be successful if they cooperate with self-confidence and enter the productive arena together and trust in God.”
3-Chairman of board of directors of Zar Industrial Group added, “The young have an active and effective participation in Zar Industrial Group. They are partners of this Group. Work, motivation, and knowledge are their assets. Obviously, other state organizations need such young as well. If our young scientists refrain from making a relation with industry, they will both deprive this country of their services and jeopardize their own future.”
4-Referring to necessities of entering entrepreneurship arena, he emphasized, “We are not supposed to start our job by new innovations. Scientific procedures and appropriate management of the existing processes help us achieve success. Presence of one or two rivals actually leads the industrial, productive organization to do its job better. Capable rival is the actual teacher. It is a strong guide who highly motivates a producer. Research and development elements are, thus, reinforced, quality improves and ultimately consumers’ right will be respected.”
5-At the end, he hoped that belief in the young in all development arenas would be expedited and we witness considerable developments in the area of knowledge and production.
