Quality Control

Since carrying out unrivaled, most efficient projects has been always objective of management of Zar Industrial Group, using the state-of-the-art European machineries, they have gathered full scope of food industry appropriately to supply a high-quality, natural product. All processes are performed automatically. The whole operations are controlled by PLC electric boards in control room. Quality Control Unit controls all stages including delivery of flour, production of macaroni, packaging, storage, workplace and machinery health, and customer service using modern laboratory equipment and quality control software in order to assure high quality product.

Since one of the effective factors in the policy made by the management is quality assurance in Zar Industrial Group, this group could achieve international certificates of ISO 9001:2000 (Quality Management System), ISO 22000 (Safety Management System in Industries), and HACCP by relying on its technological capabilities and experts.

High quality packaging is an important issue to preserve foodstuffs for the purpose of exports and quality assurance for a long time. Existence of enough, suitable silos in Zar Macaron plant has led the products to be packaged and then exit the silos automatically. In the next stage, the products are preserved in two-layer special سلفون  made of polyethylene in order to protect the product against high temperature, moisture, and microorganisms and are then packaged in different weights by the Italian state-of-the-art equipment. At the end, the products are sealed in special cartons produced by the special equipment and are controlled by quality control labors.

Macaroni, as one of the health foods, is of high nutritional value due to its variety. Zar Macaron Industrial Group have produced a unique macaroni comparable with the foreign ones by special flour of macaroni i.e. semolina in Iran for the first time. Semolina is produced by grinding hard wheat called durum that is the only known substance of main, suitable compound of pasty products in the world. Macaroni is considered at the base of the energy pyramid due to having carbohydrate that is index of grain-based foods which indicates its role in supplying the essential daily energy. These carbohydrates are of complex type and can be absorbed by the muscles for a long time and do not result in hypertension. Semolina macaroni has enough protein. Its yellow color is from beta-carotene pigment of durum and its semolina that is necessary for production of vitamin. Whole-wheat macaroni is richer and full of B vitamins, iron, and other salts in comparison with ordinary macaronis. It has also high quantity of fiber that result in better function of digestive system and gradually increase blood sugar.
